About Me

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco, working with individuals, couples, polycules, and families. My work is Trauma-informed and grounded in a relational and humanistic approach, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. I’m especially interested in the ways our identities, relationships, experiences, and environments shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world.

I hold an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco, and a B.A in Communications from Albright College.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the ad tech industry at companies like Snapchat and Pandora Music, leading sales teams working on global accounts. I understand the pressure of having to keep everything together, even when things don’t always feel that way. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, a major life transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m here to be a partner to walk along side you on the journey.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. I bring curiosity, warmth, and openness to the room, creating a non-judgemental space where you can feel understood and attuned to. Together, we can explore the patterns and experiences that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. From there, we’ll developing practical tools to navigate challenges and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
