Therapy for Individuals, Couples, Polycules, and Families of all structures
As an LGBTQIA+ identified and affirming therapist I welcome folks across all backgrounds and relationship structures. Whether you’re coming in as an individual, couple, polycule, or family, our work will be tailored to your unique experiences, relationship(s), and goals.
Therapy Offerings
Individual
Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, and personal growth. Using a warm, relational, and integrative approach informed by EFT, CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, we’ll explore both what’s happening in your life today and the deeper experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we’ll develop greater self-awareness while building practical tools to help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Couples/Polycules
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, and sometimes deeply challenging. I work with couples and polycules who want to better understand the patterns they find themselves caught in, improve communication, and create deeper emotional connection. Drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help partners move beyond recurring conflict and explore the emotions, needs, and attachment patterns underneath it. Whether you’re seeking pre-marital counseling, or you’re navigating conflict, infidelity, communication, or intimacy challenges: we’ll work together to build greater understanding, security, and connection while honoring the unique values of your relationship.
Families
Families are complex systems, and when one relationship changes, it can affect everyone. Family therapy provides a space to slow down, hear each other more fully, and understand the patterns that can make connection difficult. I take a relational and collaborative approach, drawing from EFT and other integrative modalities to help family members communicate more openly, understand one another’s experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating. My goal is not to determine who is right or wrong, but to help create greater understanding, connection, and flexibility within the family.
